BEGINNING OF A BEAUTIFUL & GREEN JOURNEY
Unity – United for Change started in 2018 when for the first time we shared the idea of planting trees in a small city of Gujarat called Gandhidham. We were just 15 youngers who aspired to contribute to the planet. We never knew that we are taking steps towards transformation. There is a Hindi saying 'Log sath aate gaye aur karavan banta gaya'.
After we achieved the first miles stones of planting 100 trees, we realized that tree plantation is the only thing which can save the world in the time of crises. After that, we never stopped. Now we are a team of more than 100 volunteers and we have planted more than 5000 trees in the city of Gandhidham.
WHAT WE DO
We as a team not only talk about things, we want to achieve but we make sure we work for it. If we have planned to plant 1000 trees in a month, then we make sure that we achieve that target no matter what. It is the only thing we are consistently doing since the day we started.
